While writing this article, I couldn’t help but reflect on my own experiences. We’re transitioning into winter now, and here in Bodrum, the weather is getting colder. As the temperature drops, so does my motivation to move around, and all I want is to retreat into my cozy cocoon. Fatigue is a thing!

(more…)Wearing headphones feels a bit isolating because I already feel like I live miles away from everyone else, lost in my thoughts most of the time. Blocking out the noise around me can sometimes be great, but it also makes me feel a bit lonely.
A recurring title keeps floating in my mind during this period of my life—something I feel the need to write about. It’s a topic that, although I know I’m not alone in facing in MS Battle, still manages to make me feel isolated. Psychological warfare.

My advice is to surround yourself with people who add value to your life. The rest will naturally fall away. In the meantime, observe yourself—what benefits have you gained from them, and what have you brought to the table? Have you added any value to their lives?
