Personal growth often begins with acknowledging your current reality. Since I realized that what we focus on becomes our reality… Personal growth starts with this realization. I think I heard this sentence in a movie, or perhaps it was inspired by something a character said. Lately, as I’ve been practicing mindfulness, I’ve realized that I tend to take it a little too seriously. You know how it’s always about “Stay in the moment, clear your mind, focus”? But maybe we need to see the humor in “everything” a bit more often. Living a humorous life doesn’t mean trivializing things—it’s about appreciating their importance while also recognizing their funny side.
