My Multiple Sclerosis journey starts at the 2013 New Year’s Eve party. It was supposed to be a night like any other—filled with laughter, joy, and the kind of carefree fun that marks the start of a new year. And for a while, it was exactly that. But little did I know, beneath the sparkling lights and festive cheer, my body was quietly signaling the start of an entirely new chapter in my life. What began as an evening of celebration would soon lead me down a path of challenges, resilience, and transformation.
This is the story of how a seemingly ordinary night became the gateway to a journey I never expected—my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis and the life lessons that followed.

Instead of complaining, I’ve always tried to find a silver lining in every bad situation. This attitude has allowed me to observe many changes in myself while living with MS. My advice is to surround yourself with people who add value to your life. The rest will naturally fall away. In the meantime, observe yourself—what benefits have you gained from them, and what have you brought to the table? Have you added any value to their lives?
